The core amount is the value placed on the part’s core (or used part that is being replaced). With your shipment you will receive an RMA and shipping label to return the used part or “Core” to SPATCO. Upon receipt and inspection, a credit will be given to your account for this core value. To receive the full core credit, the core must be returned within 30 days. The part must also be exactly like-for-like and must be in a “repairable condition” meaning there are no signs of obvious lightning damage or component damage that is beyond repair. You will be charged the total price listed until the core is received and approved for credit.
