Customer satisfaction is a priority at SPATCO—that’s why we make every effort to get your order shipped the day we receive it. And we've made our returns policy as simple as possible, too.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Times

We process orders Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET, except for holidays. Orders normally ship the same day if the order is received before 2 p.m. ET. Orders received after 2 p.m. ET may be shipped the next business day.

The offices are closed on the following days in 2024 and no orders will be processed or shipped on these days. Any orders marked for 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air, will be processed on the following business day that our offices are open.

Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS. We only ship within the 50 states of the U.S. Please allow additional delivery time for all orders placed during the holiday season. We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date, including but not limited to heavy seasonal shipping, extraordinary weather or pandemic-related delays.

Order Tracking

We will update your order with the tracking information once the order has been processed. Log into your account to view your order and delivery history.

Shipping Rates

The actual shipping charge for your order is based on the weight of your products and your shipping location. During the checkout process you will be shown the cost of shipping before you complete your order. All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We only ship to addresses within the United States.

UPS does not delivery on Saturday or Sunday, and those days are not included in the delivery period. If you need Saturday delivery or special AM delivery, please contact us before placing your order. There is an additional charge for special UPS delivery terms.

As an example, an order placed after 2 p.m. on Thursday will leave our warehouse by end of day on Friday. Another example, a 2nd Day Air order received before 2 p.m. on Friday should arrive at your shipping location by end of day the following Tuesday.

The carrier, UPS, does not guarantee shipments will be delivered on the day and time requested.

Back Orders

If any of the items on your order are on back order, we will ship all items that are in stock, and back ordered items will be delivered as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for any additional deliveries.

Forms of Payment

To make it easier for you to place your order on our website we take the following forms of credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also allow purchase orders from those who have set up credit accounts with SPATCO Energy Solutions. To request an application, please use our Contact form and choose "Other Concerns and Suggestions" as the topic, and simply request to have a credit application emailed to you.

 

General Merchandise Returns

Returns will be accepted on any non “made-to-order” product for up to 90 days after original purchase as long as the product is returned in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.  Original shipment freight charges, nor cost of return shipment will be refunded unless it is deemed a shipping error by SPATCO.

Specialty or made-to-order product may require a restocking fee dependent on the rules set forth by the manufacturer.

All merchandise must be returned accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form.  In order to receive an RMA form, please use our Contact US page and select “Product Return Authorization Request” under the I’m Interested In heading. Please include the product, quantity and original order number in your message. An RMA form will be emailed to you within one business day.

A refund will only be issued upon the receipt and inspection of merchandise. Please allow for up to 10-14 days for your refund to be processed. Contact us to check on the progress of your refund or with any other concerns before canceling or disputing a charge with your credit card company. Used product or product not returned in original packaging will be returned without refund.

Warranty Returns

Warranty items will be processed in the same manner as general merchandise returns, however, terms for warranty replacement are dictated by the manufacturer. Once items are inspected for warranty acceptance item will be replaced, repaired or credited based on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Core Exchanges

An RMA form will be emailed to the address on your order. Upon receipt and inspection, a credit will be given issued to your account for the core value. To receive the full core credit, the core must be returned within 30 days. The part must also be exactly like-for-like and must be in a “repairable condition” meaning there are no signs of obvious lightning damage or component damage that is beyond repair.
