Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority at SPATCO, so that’s why we’ve made our returns policy is as simple as possible.

General Merchandise Returns

Returns will be accepted on any non “made-to-order” product without a restocking fee for up to 90 days after original purchase as long as the product is returned in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.  Original shipment freight charges, nor cost of return shipment will be refunded unless it is deemed a shipping error by SPATCO.

Specialty or made-to-order product may require a restocking fee dependent on the rules set forth by the manufacturer.

All merchandise must be returned accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA).  In order to receive an RMA number, please use our Contact US page and select “Product Return Authorization Request” under the I’m Interested In heading. Please include the product, quantity and original order number in your message. An RMA number will be returned to you within 24 hours.

A refund will only be issued upon the receipt and inspection of merchandise.  Used product or product not returned in original packaging will be returned without refund.

Warranty Returns

Warranty items will be processed in the same manner as general merchandise returns, however, terms for warranty replacement are dictated by the manufacturer. Once items are inspected for warranty acceptance item will be replaced, repaired or credited based on the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Core Exchanges

An RMA form and return shipping label will be automatically provided with your product order. Upon receipt and inspection, a credit will be given issued to your account for the core value. To receive the full core credit, the core must be returned within 30 days. The part must also be exactly like-for-like and must be in a “repairable condition” meaning there are no signs of obvious lightning damage or component damage that is beyond repair.
