SPATCO Customer Credit Application
For customers interested in establishing a credit or COD account, please click the link below to complete our online customer credit application. You may have up to three signers on the credit application, including yourself.
You must provide the full name and email address of all parties who are required to sign this application once you initiate this process by clicking the link below.
The initial applicant fills out the complete form. If there are multiple signers they will receive an email after the prior signer has signed off on the form. When the last person has signed off, the form will automatically be sent to our Accounting team for review. You will be contacted with any questions or when your application has been fully processed to let you know about your account.
