Our Fleet Island Ready Mini-Bulk system allows you to become your own supplier of DEF so your fleet operators can spend more time on the road and less time at the retail pump, saving you money as well.


Cut your installation costs drastically with this Plug and Play designed enclosure system.  Perfect for warmer climates and for customers without the need of a weights and measures metering.

Designed for fleets: The Fleet Island-Ready Mini-Bulk System is designed for fleet owners and operators who do not have a need for weights and measures metering and want to purchase in bulk. 

Various storage capacities: The fleet island-ready unit is available in 500 and 1,000 gallon storage capacities. (Larger 2,000 gallon size available for remote locations)

Preassembled & fully tested: “Plug and Play” system designed to allow for quick and easy installation and operation. Simply connect to utility services, fill with DEF, and begin pumping.

Internal dispensing capabilities:  SPATCO engineers its own internal dispensing system on your Fleet Mini-Bulk system. Since Weights & Measures-approval is not required for internal use, this provides a simpler means of giving your users convenient access to DEF.

  • Stainless steel automatic non-magnetic nozzle

  • Positive displacement gear flow meter with electronic resettable totalizer and output pulse for connecting to existing fleet management system

  • Mounted inline filter housing with 1 micron filter

  • Up to 30 ft. dispensing hose

  • Medium Duty Spring retractable hose reel for dispensing hose

  • Pre-piped with EPDM flex piping

  • Sanitary fill & threaded discharge connections for ease in maintenance and repair

  • Pump motor, & automatic shut-off valve are pre-wired to main electrical panel

  • Electrical: 220V, 1 Phase, 4 wire 30 A (warm weather) / 220V, 1 Phase, 4 wire, 40 A (cold weather)

  • 2D & 3D custom drawings and instruction manuals provided
